Dear Stakeholders,
I extend sincere thanks to all who have reached out with messages of support and concern following the passage of Hurricane Melissa in 2025.
As a school, we are still in recovery from the extensive damage caused by Hurricane Beryl in 2024, and the impact of this most recent weather event has presented additional challenges. Nevertheless, the Munro College community remains resilient and determined.
We are working closely with the Ministry of Education, our Old Boys’ Association, parents, and other stakeholders to assess the damage and to continue the rebuilding and strengthening of our campus. Our priority remains the safety and well-being of our students and staff, as we move forward in restoring normal operations.
I apologize for the delay in responding to messages during this time, as we have experienced intermittent communication disruptions.
“Once again, thanks for your kind wishes and prayers.”
Mark Smith | Headmaster
